All sessions are private and strictly confidential. Any information discussed will not be disclosed with a third party, unless there is an imminent risk of danger or harm to yourself or others. 
 
You must be at least 18 years of age to receive our service. 

Prices are subject to change at any time. Once a session has been booked, the cost will not be affected by any changes made to our pricing while your order was open. 
 
A refund will only be issued prior to a reading, or in special cases at our own discretion. If you have a reclamation, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your concerns. 
 
If we have to cancel your session, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
